How much does it cost to start? +
Nothing. Zero signup fee, zero monthly fee, zero minimum order. You only pay our factory's base price when a customer buys from your store — and that money is deducted from what the customer paid, not out of your pocket. You take home whatever margin you set above the base.
Who handles shipping and returns? +
Merchlist does. Orders route to our Ajman factory automatically. We print, pack, and ship directly to your customer with your store name on the packaging. Returns and support tickets route to our team — you stay focused on designing and selling, not customer-service admin.
Can I sell to customers outside the UAE? +
Yes. We ship globally to 40+ countries. Customers see prices in AED by default; multi-currency display is rolling out in Q3. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on their location.
When and how do I get paid? +
Weekly, every Friday. Your accumulated margin lands via Stripe Connect (international) or local bank transfer (UAE). You can see your live payout balance and past payments any time in your dashboard.
Can I use my own domain? +
At launch, all stores live at themerchlist.com/store/yourname — a big advantage since you inherit Merchlist's domain SEO authority. Custom-domain support is on the roadmap for later this year.
What about copyright and trademark issues? +
You own your designs — by uploading, you confirm you have the rights to use them. We'll remove any store or product that violates copyright or trademark law. Full policy is in the Creator Agreement, which you'll see at signup.
How is this different from Printful or Printify? +
Printful and Printify are dropshipping networks — they route your order to whichever third-party facility is cheapest. Every order goes through Merchlist's own factory in Ajman, printed on the same production line as our Fortune 500 B2B clients. UAE-based, GCC-fast, no middlemen.
