Creator
Agreement.
The terms that govern your storefront, your pricing, and your payouts on Merchlist.
1. Overview
This Creator Agreement governs your use of Merchlist's Publisher tools to design, list and sell products through your own storefront on mymerchlist.com. By publishing a product using the Design Launcher, you agree to the terms below.
2. Your Storefront
You control your own storefront's branding, product listings and pricing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your product descriptions and for any designs, logos or artwork you upload.
3. Pricing & Fees
- There is no signup fee and no monthly fee to open or run a storefront on Merchlist.
- Your retail price is calculated as: the product's base cost, plus a printing fee for each printed side, plus any size upcharge you choose to set, plus your own markup.
- You set your own markup on top of the base and printing costs — your markup is what you earn on every sale.
4. Production & Fulfillment
Every order is produced to order at Merchlist's own factory in Ajman, UAE. Merchlist handles printing, packing and shipping directly to your customer under your store's name. You do not hold inventory and are not responsible for production or shipping logistics.
5. Payouts
Your accumulated markup is paid out weekly, every Friday, via Stripe Connect for international payouts or direct bank transfer within the UAE.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any artwork, logos or designs you upload for printing. Uploaded content must not infringe on any third party's trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights. Merchlist reserves the right to remove any listing that violates this.
7. Termination
You may close your storefront at any time. Merchlist may also suspend or close a storefront that violates this agreement. Any payouts already owed at the time of closure will still be paid out on the normal weekly schedule.
8. Changes to This Agreement
Merchlist may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of your storefront after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
